		<title>The Results!</title>

<description>My estimate to finish what you see here did take longer than 90 minutes, but the actual install and config was done in just over one hour. What gobbles up the time? Writing copy, adding content and making things fit. However, for the purpose of the demonstration, we did prove our point: It&amp;#39;s very possible to install Joomla, Hot Property and tweak a basic template in a very short period of time.

		<title>The Challenge</title>
		<link>http://southashley.com/content/view/1/</link>
<description>This is a demonstration site that shows listed properties. This site was created using Joomla (http://joomla.org) as the content management system and Hot Property (http://mosets.com) as the listing component. What you are reading now is what would normally be the home page greeting welcoming visitors. The objective of this site was to see if the entire thing could be created in 90 minutes or less. By entire thing, I mean getting a domain name, hosting it, installing everything, uploading a few properties... even writing this copy. Some pointers: Joomla does offer a built-in login system to restrict visitors from seeing certain conent. Any component such as Hot Property could have been placed behind the login, forcing visitors to register before they see your properties. That&amp;#39;s a bad idea. NEVER require a visitor to give up their name and email address before they see what you&amp;#39;re offering. It&amp;#39;s a trust thing.
