What you are reading now is what would normally be the home page greeting welcoming visitors.The objective of this site was to see if the entire thing could be created in 90 minutes or less. By entire thing, I mean getting a domain name, hosting it, installing everything, uploading a few properties... even writing this copy. Some pointers: Joomla does offer a built-in login system to restrict visitors from seeing certain conent. Any component such as Hot Property could have been placed behind the login, forcing visitors to register before they see your properties. That's a bad idea. NEVER require a visitor to give up their name and email address before they see what you're offering. It's a trust thing.
