My estimate to finish what you see here did take longer than 90 minutes, but the actual install and config was done in just over one hour.

What gobbles up the time?   Writing copy, adding content and making things fit.

However, for the purpose of the demonstration, we did prove our point:   It's very possible to install Joomla, Hot Property and tweak a basic template in a very short period of time.

What else would gooble up the time:
Learning something new.  Just about every agent I've ever met has either no time or no desire to learn some new software widget.   So with this, here is what I recommend to anyone that wants to build a new website using CMS technology:

Get someone to help you.  OUTSOURCE IT!

Do you do your own dry cleaning?  Change your own oil?  Cut your own hair?   Finding people that can do what we have done here is a simple task -- and if you search well -- it's very inexpensive.

Remember, unlike the hair, oil and dry cleaning, you never need to actually meet the people doing your web work.   That means you can select anyone to help with this... even people from Dexter Michigan :)

If you have any comments, would love to hear them at ActiveRain.

Also, thanks to http://www.iboldesign.com for producing Greenleaves , the template we selected for this demonstration.
