This is a demonstartion site that was built for the purpose of documenting how long it takes to build a simple website for a small real estate office.     We have used Joomla as the content management system and Hot Property for the listing component.   

We are API Network (APIN.COM) a technology company located in Dexter, Michigan.   We actively promote open source products such as Joomla and Hot Property because we are big believers in the open source way of doing business.  

In the making of this site, we did purchase a license for Hot Property ($107).   If you decide this is something you wan to build, you are required to purchase the product directly from them.  (This is a one-time fee, no monthly charges)
